In order to apply for an
International Driver Document :
you need to fill out an application:
1. In person ( at our office - 8223
baypkwy ....)
2.Online (
download a pdf application from our website )
3. By mail ( give us your address
and we will mail it out to you )
4. By fax ( we will send you app
using your fax # )
*Please write clearly. Any
mistake will be your responsibility and we will charge for the
correction.*
-Do Not forget to Attach a
Passport Size Photo to the
application
-Do not forget to sign the application & release.
-Do not forget to include a NOTARIZED COPY
OF YOUR DRIVER'S LISCENSE . LISCENSES MUST BE VALID FOR AT LEAST
6 MONTHS.
-Do not forget to Send a MONEY ORDER
